 Here you can read about the terms and conditions for sales and delivery of any product shown at the phoslyslab.dk webshop. When you place an order, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them before you shop.

Place an order
As soon as you place an order, you will be sent an automatic email that confirms that we have received your order. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been accepted and when it will be dispatched from the workshop.

Shipping and delivery
Purchased items are usually shipped within 3 days. However, as our candles are handmade in small batches some styles may not be in stock. In that case, and for large orders, we may need a few days to manufacture to fulfill the order.  Of course, you will get notified if your purchase will be delayed but it is rare that delays will exceed the 3 days.

It’s important that you are happy with your purchase. So if you suspect your purchase has been damaged during shipping, please contact kontakt@phoslyslab.dk in order to resolve the issue at hand.

Price and payment
PHOS LysLaboratorium receives online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Mastercard. In addition to credit card payments, PHOS LysLaboratorium accepts bank transfers directly to our Lunar Bank account. The account number is 6695-1013359942, if this payment method is chosen we ask you to send a confirmation of payment to kotakt@phoslyslab.dk. International customers can pay directly via IBAN DK6866951013359942  or SWIFT LUNADK22

The credit card used must be in your own name. All card owners are submitted to validation, control and approval of the credit card issuer. Should your credit card issuer refuse payment, PHOS LysLaboratorium cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. Should the credit card approval and validation fall though entirely PHOS LysLaboratorium reserves the right to annul the order. When placing an order at the web shop you guarantee that information regarding your payment is correct and valid. The prices listed do not include shipping costs. See section on shipment and delivery for further information. PHOS LysLaboratorium reserves the right for errors in price and/or price changes in the web shop.

Prices are inclusive of VAT (MOMS) except for orders outside the EU where VAT will be deducted at the check out.

The product
We want all customers to receive quality goods. However, it is important to note that minor differences may occur, as our products are handmade from materials that are not standardized in a synthetic manner . There will be variations in colour between batches but PHOS LysLaboratorium will endeavour to ensure that each individual order originates from the same batch and shade. Please not that he colour reproduction may also depend on your own screen and screen settings, which is why a 100% colour guarantee cannot be made. To the extent permitted by Danish law, PHOS LysLaboratorium cannot be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses linked to dereliction of duty, breach of contact, negligence or in any other way. The responsibility of PHOS LysLaboratorium is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item bought.

Return and exchange policy
 In accordance with Danish legislation, an item can be returned within 14 days. This is from the day that the item was received. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes tags and original packaging. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop and please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. PHOS LysLaboratorium is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail, which is why we recommend you to use an insured postal service.

Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the items within 2 working days to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to kontakt@phoslyslab.dk . Any exchange must take place within 14 days. The shipping cost of exchanged goods is your own unless an error has demonstrably been made by PHOS LysLaboratorium.

Please note that special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
